This Friday night, Arris broke a new decoder that has been in use since February 22, 20. Tet can send a new decoder with FedEx on Tuesday, which means that the customer is left without services for 3 days and at the same time requests 5 AU$ for the configuration of a new decoder, although he never had to pay anything like that before.
