Flight cancelled but won’t credit me the money paid

We had two flights booked with myflightsearch. Covid hit. We called them and the flights were cancelled in February 2020. 10. 01. 11. around 9pm. Chicken giros are heated in a microwave oven. Not acceptable. Mashed potatoes and french fries. Not a good impression lately! Sorry.
