After sales and delivery service

Hello! I rarely complain, to say almost never. The work itself is related to the customers and so I understand well what it is like when the customer is the God and the Lord, but now this case has exceeded the limits of my patience and I believe that such a delivery service from the store is already too much. If, even after visiting the store in Ganibu dambis, 40c I felt more or less satisfied, then, unfortunately, the delivery service under each criticism even greatly damaged my impression of PTA. First of all, the delivery time was not specified, the seller in the store did not react grimly and unresponsively even to the fact that I did not live in the apartment. Just threw in the fact that delivering tomorrow within 3 hours, starting at 11, an hour before calling. As a result, I waited more than four hours. The driver and stacker arrived at almost 3:30 p.m. An hour before, no one warned me, except that at about 13:40 the driver called and said in clear foreign that he was late. What will be delayed, why it will be delayed and what the delivery time really was did not explain. From the store, for example, no one called at all. Arrived, made me open the gate myself, although I explained in American on the phone that the gate was open. I went to open the gate, entered the yard. The loader got out, pushed the surface of the stove into my hands and had it carried by itself. Washing machine and cooker hood as a push. I almost smashed the tiles in my new kitchen, hitting the trolley with force against the floor, threw the washing machine in the middle of the kitchen and left a scratch almost 2 cm long and half an inch deep on my new freshly painted wall. Without saying no sorry, no good day, no goodbye, gone. The total value of the goods was 470 USD and I paid immediately, as well as I had to pay for the delivery itself and also for being brought up to the 4th floor (12 USD in total). I all understand that a low salary or how, but why, for example, building materials stores like the Owner or Depot can organize both a certain time and related employees for the same price, then PTA in this case simply "stood out". It would not be a pity to give a tip, but whether the employees themselves do not understand it. Why work with people or accept people who simply don't want to and can't do it? PS Because if you shop in an RTD store and there are such opportunities, then it is better to use or look for your own transport, otherwise it may happen to me that only the Greeks alone and no special joy about the purchase. :) Sincerely, lost customer.
