Employee Attitudes
An article to express my outrage at employee incompetence and attitudes towards customers. Today in the store in Ulmås Street we came to see the gas stove surfaces. One of them fell in our eyes, but there were no price signs. There was an employee nearby who could help him find out how much the surface cost. Turning to us, we found out the price, saying that everything in the store was disrupted after the "inside gang attack" during the discounts. Customers are called insiders. As the price satisfied us, we decided to buy a surface. Please find out if packaged surfaces are still available. The employee looked at the system that together the two. It was said that yesterday the second surface was searched in the warehouse, but was not found. Our prompt also went to look at it. It came back to say that yesterday, however, the couple had searched for two, but had not found them. Clearly, the only question arises as to why the interested party did not buy the existing sample surface, but after a while it became clear. Let's say we buy a sample surface. The employee said that there were no boxes and no packaging. We ask what it is possible that there is no box and so on. The employee says, "you can figure it out" that the boxes are not all kept. After such attitudes and words, it is clear that customers are deterred. Of course, the surface was not bought. No interest, welcome from the employee to help, interest in the product in other stores, etc., And this is not the first negative experience in this store.
