Poor and dishonest service

Mr appliance repair came to my house to repair our Ge profile range. They charge 119 dollars to tell me the circuit board needs to be replaced, that the oven is discontinued (10 years) but he can still order the part and had us pay half now (250) and half when the part came in. They do not respond to a problem they created

Called to have ice maker fixed. They fixed the ice maker but took the door with them and never reinstalled it. I called and was told someone would return the door. I called a week later and was transferred to Jessica who assured me things would be taken care of. Never happened. User’s recommendation: STAY AWAY!!

Cost to repair refridgerator ridiculous

Friday July 10,2020 I had a service man from Mr Appliance to our home to check our sub-Zero. Johathan stated $3,453.00 to repair. I found all parts needed to be $591.00. Mr Appliance wanted over $2,800.00 for labor for a few hours work. User’s recommendation: I would never call them and highly suggest not to use them.
