Fraud, poor service, not delivering, spoofing
Hello. The courier contacted me on 19. 12. 19 about the delivery of the goods but considering that I was not in Melbourne we arranged delivery on 20. 12. 19, but the delivery did not take place on the negotiated day and since then no one has contacted me (neither by phone, mail or e-mail) and tried to deliver the package. Do I really have to wait several weeks for the Melbourne border to arrive? And whether anyone is going to deliver the parcel at all, or whether such an option does not exist in this company, and it would be worthwhile at least to ensure delivery on the date when the courier is negotiated. And the company doesn't answer phone calls or emails either. And will my shipment be delivered at all? I will write to the Consumer Protection Center and call Dhl De's partners.
