Sending parcels
The first time I sent a parcel from the post office on Pärnu Street, I was very satisfied. I was met by a very kind woman - everything was told and explained. When asked if I should box my shipment, she told me no, because it would only increase the weight of my packet. She was so kind that she wrapped everything wonderfully, glued it with a scotch, put the addresses on my bag, where my consignment was inside. I was amazed at the time that it was coming back because she could give me a box and I would have paid for the box and for sending extra. Everything ended well that day and I was very pleased. Today I went to the same post office again and also wanted to send a parcel, but twice as small. Finally waiting for my queue, I met a woman who did not take away my greeting. I immediately approached the case and put my bag with the dress to be sent on the counter and said I wanted to send the case. She asked me in a grossly broken english language (I have no objections to people of foreign language nationality) : Where to? I replied that to Adelaide. She told me I needed an envelope. I was a little surprised, but I told you that last time, a woman wrapped everything beautifully in a scotch and packed it without objection. Then it just started to wrinkle under her nose that she sees her handicrafts now being done, blown and elsa, as if I had made her read a bag of potatoes and send them to America. I took my pack, thank you for the kind service and went away without looking back. I understand that if there is a need for an envelope, then there is, but it can be said calmly and kindly, because I am a customer, I do not work in the post office on a daily basis, so there are already employees responsible for it. I would have bought the envelope without a word and sent it if I had been kindly explained. I myself have also worked in the field of trade and hospitality, I have always been told that the customer is always right and that the customer must be treated nice to return. So if you don't like working with people, why do it at all? Go and sit in the woods so you don't have to yell at others.
