We get the phone numbers ourselves, because we didn't let us in already, we call 4 numbers, the first one sent to the second, the second to the third, etc. Finally, we called a doctor who said that he would not even visit his grandmother, because the case is very serious and the person is very old. , there is nothing to expect miracles, lucky if she survives until the morning, but still stays in the reception department,because there are no free places. Charmingly, the conversation ended with that... But WHY couldn't anyone go to us faster and say that? We leave home with all sorts of thoughts, preparing for morality, so to speak. In the morning, at At 8. 00 we arrive at the reception department, my grandmother was still lying there, nobody changed the pampers, she hugged her neck, the word of honor... there was a bed on her back, which is definitely very sleepy, and there is a huge bruise on her leg. A person can neither say nor show what has happened, where it hurts... No one believes that bedsores can form overnight, but it is. At home, we take care of our grandmothers ourselves, we wash, we change to the side, and there was never a bed, but here... no one thinks that something terrible happened... it seems that a person's age and condition are some criteria for assessing what attitude is must be :(I would definitely complain to the Health Inspectorate!
