Property manager sent out a notice informing residents of an inspection (NEVER mentioned what sort of inspection). When the property manager and a maintenance tech arrived for this inspection, I was taking care of a dog for only a couple of hours (which I mentioned)….
There ha been a leak in the front bedroom window since 3/2019. I have made SEVERAL maintenance requests regarding this issue. It has not been repaired.
Mice run rampant. and people come in to put a band-aid on the problem, then they never return, but the mice return. Property mangers are trained to put you off, and make excuses. My daughter has medical issues relating to this problem.
I lived on this property for almost 5 years,never ever paid my rent late and cleaned it well upon my move out. I have yet to receive,my deposit and I cannot get into contact with anyone at corporate and,my local leasing office hasnt received a response. I will,never again refer the sailors to thia property again like...
