Poor service
Hello. My mother is an old person, to whom Darwin (lv-5417) twice tries unsuccessfully to send 12 photos with her grandchildren in an envelope, not recorded, but ordinary, so that the old person does not have to go to the post office, because it is difficult. Well, I stood 2 times in a row at the post office at the central train station to weigh the letter and stick a stamp that matches the weight. In both cases, with an interval of about 10 days, the letter did not reach the addressee. And this practically eliminates the possibility of accidental covering. The only explanation is that a villain working in the post office, hoping that some "values" may be hidden in a thick letter, simply opens it and, without finding anything interesting, throws it away. I will try to send a third time, this time I am forced to do it in recorded form. I am writing this as a warning to the post office, which practices such activity in Melbourne or Darwin, that it has been observed, as well as to people as a warning about the "specifics" of Australian postal activities
