12/29/2020 I bought a mobile phone from Microsoft, which stopped working around noon the next day. The customer service staff was also unable to start it. From Zane's employee, I enjoyed all sorts of assessments of my mental abilities and for 2 hours we discussed that I wanted to return this phone to the store because IT DOES NOT WORK, even though it was bought to use... Ok-warranty. I even received a written letter from xMobile stating that it was not possible to fix the problem within 7 days, yesterday I received a call that xMobile would return the money, because it was obviously a defect. That's good! I would like to recommend others to buy phones in www shops - at least 20 dollars cheaper than in xMobile and then the distance purchase rules apply - within 2 weeks, if anything, you can refuse the purchase and DO NOT HAVE TO CHALLENGE the negation and grimace of the employee ZANES.
