Inadequate Attitude
The story of participating in Agnese Grauduma's 6-week nutrition challenge. It offers a diet plan for 6 weeks for weight loss for 55 AUD. The idea of the program itself is very good and the dishes are delicious and varied, and the weight really burns without fasting. But that's not the story. The story is about the hysterical and inadequate behavior of Agnese Grauduma. I went through the first 6 weeks, the results were very satisfying and I applied for the next one. During the second challenge, weight loss suddenly slowed down sharply. One of the rules of the program is membership in a facebook group, where every Monday you need to post a report with body girth and weight to see the dynamics. After the insertion of the size chart for week 4, which shows that the progress of the last couple of weeks has almost stopped, although I follow all the menu instructions and play sports. Below my table, the other participants had written supportive and encouraging comments on the topic "don't give up, keep going and it will be good", while Agnese wrote a comment "you have to comply with the terms of the program already". In addition, I was blocked from commenting at all or asking for an explanation or advice. When I personally wrote to Grauduma on the Messenger question about why I was blocked and to explain my comment, I received the answer "due to your dissatisfaction with the situation, I excluded you from the group". And that's all. I received a refund for the last unused week. I conclude that I was ruled out for damaging her statistics with my sudden slowdown in progress and her lack of knowledge,to suggest something to me to improve the situation. The summary is this - Agnese Grauduma's panic is afraid of any slightest failure and critical comments, and the problems are not solved. Instead, inadequate action is followed by simply suddenly excluding participants or denying the opportunity to express an opinion (I have also witnessed the events already described on this portal about abusive treatment of participants). In addition, I later learned that a girl had been excluded from the group with me, who allowed Agnese to point out that her comment was not motivating. The program itself is great, but I encourage potential participants to evaluate whether your psychological condition allows you to participate in a program run by a woman who may be suffering from a complex that may cause childhood trauma, compensating for her low self-esteem by humiliating other people. In addition - customers, which provides her with an income. In general, however, I don't recommend it!
