Poor service, defective product
I bought Bonjours mascara and other cosmetics at TC Douglas. When I come home, I notice that the mascara is unusable, dried and, in my opinion, old, in any case unusable. I went to this store to get my money back or to exchange a product, where I received the answer that money is not returned, because it is the company's policy, and I will only be able to exchange it after an examination. I agreed to write a submission where an incompetent manager without explaining anything, said write. When I wanted to clarify exactly what I was writing, I got the answer just write without her knowing. It was also mentioned that there were such mascaras, so please open them, but she refused to do so. Today I received a phone call from Douglas's office that I would not change the product without explaining anything in detail. The attitude was disruptive,I hope these phone conversations (as in normal offices are intercepted). I mentioned canceling my and my husband's loyalty cards in that case because I no longer want to buy anything in these stores to which I replied "okay. " Neither apologized nor explained, I am very disappointed in this attitude, because I bought the goods often and the amounts were not small, I think it could be seen in this loyalty card as well. It is unfortunate that the policy of this company is not to fight for its regular customers. Customer service standards should also be worked on very seriously. Sad.
