I'm shocked by Charlie Pizza's service, attitude towards customers (we were specifically "served "by a guy named Artyom). I was in this institution for the first and last time. First of all, the waiter did not greet, threw the menus. We ordered 2 Caesar salads, grape juice for me, coffee for my friend. It seemed that he understood everything, because he was not asked about the order. After a while grape juice was brought to me, coffee for my friend..but after a while also juice for my friend (which was not ordered). After a while , a salad was brought to my friend, but nothing for me, so I said I had a salad too. The waiter mumbled and left without saying anything. It was naive hope he goes to order a second serving in the kitchen as well. Girlfriend eats salads, Artem not rādijies..tad also suspected that he did not intend to I donated them to the salad. We call Artyom, we say that now we don't need anything to bear the bill. He seemed to torment himself, but I left the institution for non-return! I'm shocked by the attitude of this particular guy, absolutely no communication with the client, no interest in what the client wants or doesn't want.
