Poor service

We ordered a winter jacket for my husband, everything was fine - the shipment arrived quickly on 05. 01. 2021, but the product was too small. I sent the product for return. 06. 06. 2021. No money has been transferred until today 01. 02. 2021. I wrote several times so I don't get an answer yet. Where is the product? How much more money to wait. I will no longer buy from this store. I'm so sorry.
