Expropriation, Article 179 of the CC Part 2
Same story. The seller sent the package with GLS, it arrived on LV 31. 01. 2017, seeing the scheduled delivery today, I sat on the spot all day waiting for the courier, updating the tracker from time to time. The delivery address was the address of the workplace - a large one-storey building, 6 companies, no door code, with a telephone number at each door so that each company could be called. I look forward to dreaming, fool. What was my surprise when a record appeared on the tracker at 16:20: 15:36 - delivery did not take place because the customer was not present... Trying not to get on the lower lip, I ran to the neighbors: they say, yes, the courier had arrived, asked you, told to go to the last door. So, only 5 doors separated me from my package! And,so that you can feel the tragicomism of the situation more fully: I live in Mazpisani, 250 km from Brisbane. I will be able to call all the numbers, differently and persistently, all hour until 17:30, but in vain, the music is playing, the handset is not picked up. I sent an email in between that disappeared into the black hole of Itella's mailbox. The next morning I called the airport branch the very morning, where a very nice girl understood my pain and helped as best she could. I got a call back, said to deliver tomorrow, because today the courier is already away. I called security today, said yes, there will definitely be a courier today, but as you can see, someone received their shipment today, but not me. Conclusions: call the airport branch tomorrow. The way the company does not give the courier's phone number smells of fraud. Looking at how many similar stories are here, they already look like a sister fraud attempt. Before writing here,I also wrote a complaint to the CRPC, which I warmly recommend to other Itella victims, the more complaints there will be, the better the chances of receiving their shipments. Here is a link to submitting on-line complaints to the CRPC - Please make a copy / paste with your complaint on the CRPC page. Hope dies last, everyone a nice evening!
