Run around and stall tactics

My husband died in June of this year and I have been trying to get my mortgage paid off. Rude/Horrible customer service

Since Harvey…..still wont release the remainder of claim to finish my house…Dont believe anyrhing they tell you cuz its nothing but lies & they will deny they said it….it already took over a year to get my roof done…need EXTRA TRAINING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE …I will NEVER RECOMMEND THEM 2 ANYONE

Total fraud- this company needs to be shut down!

Worst company ever. My now elderly mother purchased this house in 2001. After paying on it for 18 years, she owes $10,000 less than the original purchase price. Several mystery charges that no one can explain what they are for. This is exploitation of an elderly person and I will be pursuing charges.
