Impersonal, Callous and Unsympathetic

Just terribly upset how the conversation went and feel their was a lack of communication. I do not feel they act in the best interests of client. User’s recommendation: Run the other way- research any company similar to them.

Cold, Callous and insensitive

Never had such a poor experience with a company who was not at least somewhat flexible. Really felt like they are not interested in helping people – just getting a commission on settlements. Shame on them! User’s recommendation: Run the other direction.Do your homework. Call other companies.

Refused to work on a amenable settlement

They refused to work with me regarding a settlement that I can actually do and stick to. Complaint has been filed with CFPB. This has been years with this shady company they refuse to budge……..Ive settled all my other accounts with other companies just fine NO ISSUESS!!!!
