I was on hold for 30 minutes and finally gave up. Evidently Micro Center does not want my business. Very frustrating. I have only been trying to renew the product since 1/31/21 and have not success on a chat line–nothing works. Thanks User’s recommendation: Something else that will give you support when needed.
I finally made a trip to Micro Center and the ESET issued was taken care in the store. The service rep. did a nice job of fixing the issue.
