Order lost. UPS says order never delivered to them. Label created but shipment never received UPS# 1Z08849E039683**** Michael’s will not help. Just saying it will take time to figure it out. I am out $560 and I am getting Nowhere with them! User’s recommendation: Be careful when dealing with Michael’s.

Poor customer service….rude to the customers….very bad judgement
