Poor service
The retiree wanted to connect to Oceancom Tv. The master did not arrive at the specified time, after a repeated complaint at the UpTown customer center on Dammes Street, the master arrived after 3 hours. It was Friday. The language of the pensioner's TV was re-regulated - one that the master understands and did not regulate back. Until now, the TV was connected to Sat Tv - those channels were deleted, because "there will be a Oceancom Tv!" After connecting the box (decoder) channels were installed, the master says that everything is in order and away... When trying to turn on Tv - the pensioner understands that only two free channels work, but the others cannot be turned on. When calling Oceancom and connecting with the master there Says "try to turn on, turn off the gasti, remove the card to insert". It didn't help. The TV channel is displayed for approx. 2 minutes and then the screen freezes. Oceancom Tv phone does not answer and you cannot watch paid TV on holidays. The contract states that it will respond within 3 days of receiving the complaint.
