Terrible attitude
Tonight, I woke up with an abnormal stomach ache, I went to AClinic Hospital at night, I was there at 5:00. Upon arrival, the staff was very unkind, all half asleep, at the reception a woman broke all boundaries by saying what you are doing here, stomach pain is not a deadly disease, everyone has a stomach ache, time should have gone to work today, if you have already arrived. He was very rude, unprofessional and unkind (because he was lying there even on a chair, when he came to me, he woke me up, as a result he was unhappy). Took the tests and made me wait 2-3 hours, it took 4 hours and no one came, during these hours I heard frustrated nurses at the reception, about how they talk to each other, that they are tired of patients, about how they fall asleep and about how they want to to home. Attention is so drawn to me only whenwhen my mother called the department and asked why her daughter was treated so rudely, as a result, everything started to move forward. I went to the hospital for the first time, and definitely for the last time, because I will not break my leg anymore in this hospital. Terrible STAFF ATTITUDE! I understand that sleep comes at night and there is fatigue, but now everything has its limits! It is a pity that, due to pain, I did not record the name of the "kind" woman.
