Poor service

Items are delivered in a month and in installments, even if promised within 2 days. Call hard, answer unkindly, do not offer solutions, do not take responsibility. As there is no supplier using Dpd services who are unable to cope with their work and also take responsibility or do not want to find solutions. The promises are not fulfilled by any other company, the experience is terrible. Never again choose a Lion store, the materials ordered by the depot were delivered the next day, were kind and responsive.
