She is a very impulsive person who doesn't care about your existence, you are in the job to just trade and that's it. If you have health problems, then be patient, it's not so crazy if you can then take the sick leave because they lack staff. She doesn't care that you have a life of your own, because changing your work schedule without announcing anything. As far as work is concerned, it is not difficult, but there are important things that are not observed. 1.
