Fraud, the item being traded does not match the actual item I ordered

I recommend 4 times to research what you are ordering because I just ordered the item, which does not match the image. I try to cancel the shipment, but to do so I have to write an application and a refund can be expected in a month. Everyone knows I want to say that the goods do not really correspond to the tea you order and which can be seen in the pictures!
