No refund for rejected courier

I recently paid for iExpress courier, but had to refuse immediately. I sent to "support" the letter, with the idea to return the money, but details are not sewn several times, no answers on the return of money... kautgan their website states that are able to return the money, but I have not received neither a reply nor money!
