Low quality parts

I bought a 6s iPhone Usb Connector jack and after the part was changed the microphone started ringing. When he went to the store, the employee refused to refund the money, because the fixmobile employees had not changed this detail themselves. When you buy the same parts in another store, everything is fine. The part was changed by the same master both times.
