Staff Attitude
The attitude of the Black Cat staff is terrible. In the morning we went to the Black Cat, which is located on Raina Boulevard, to have breakfast. We hadn't even come in yet, when the bartender, hysterically waving his hands, drove us out! It turns out that we are "minors", we presented documents, it turns out that 20 years, but there is a decent age to get inside this "nice" institution! However, we were not served because the bartender did not consider it necessary! We asked for a glass of water, it was not sold to us! The security guard was helpful and showed me where the manager was. Okay, we went to the manager, explained our question, but... NO MEANING, the manager didn't even look at us, but kept looking closely at his computer screen! We asked if we could sell the water, but the manager replied,that there is no water in this institution.. (hmm, I think there should be such a drink in every institution), well, then we asked to sell juice, but miraculously, there is no such rare drink in this institution! There was a very negative attitude from Manager Agra, the bartenders! Thanks at least to the guard for his humane treatment!
