On Saturday, late afternoon, my family and I decided to visit the new Charlie pizza, the TC "SPICE". We were quite hungry, so we are glad that the menus were brought quite quickly, but all the joys ended with that, after waiting for 20 minutes, a waiter came to us and said that he would come to us soon. It must be said that the waiters ran around, only somehow to no avail! After 10 minutes, however, he arrived (in total, we waited 30 minutes to place the order). After waiting for that, however, we decided to ask if the food would have to wait SO long for what we received an answer to, unfortunately yes, with some half-hour-hour to be reckoned with. So we went hungry and angrily went to look for another restaurant :-( The question is, wouldn't the right tone warn the customer that we are very busy and the order will have to wait a long time?
