Poor service
We have been sitting for four hours at the reception with suspected broken ribs. We are waiting for a traumatologist. X-ray done. Isn't there really anyone here who can learn to read it? I understand an hour and a half, but four is already too much. No one can tell when this "Dear Doctor" will show up at work. If we knew there was nothing more serious than broken ribs we could go home.
