Bid promised but not delivered
Warning to buyers! If you have decided to send the product from the net store-100, think carefully. Get into trouble - to disgust. Werner is so able to send an e-mail in 4-5 days to transfer money, and all, no chicks or grabs — when the item will be delivered, how long to wait? Normal i net stores do not have any communication problems, immediately call and tell if they send info to e-mail. And then it started... Money transferred in everything. We started calling when it was, well say then and then, finally we expect the product after 2 weeks or longer. Does not correspond to what we wanted, the website is not normally written info so marked with a + sign, so if already a plus, then the full set-logical or not. Returned the product-promised to return the money within 4 days?! Are not. Again, we call-promise to call-nothing. Call again- these promises to transfer at the beginning of the week., again than the third time we callthese say that by law we have to wait a month for us to transfer the money back. But I say that not in a month, but it is written in a month. And again now promised next week on Friday. Ok they managed to take a month off, because next month will be a month. But as they know how to promise - simply active employees lack honor and everything, I will never buy again in a vernera i neta store, and I do not recommend to others who have problems.
