Ordered a coat which arrived but wrong size so sent back for exchange. This was October 17th. Heard nothing so emailed and Mango replied claiming exchange on way. Heard and received nothing more despite several emails from me. Today, after emailing you, I have had email from Mango saying they will refund my money.

I wanted to complain about the naughty box so I ordered a packet and I bale to write when there will be a box on Tuesday then write when there will be a Thursday and well thank goodness I get it on Thursday but don't mislead people when on Tuesday a packet but comes on Thursday complete without contact.
