Damaged trip that hasn't started yet! I bought a ticket from airbaktic company. was much higher than the Internet, because the service fee is added - 15 dollars per ticket and VAT 43. 46 for 3 tickets. The employee did not warn me about such costs before! It turned out that I have a misspelled surname! I wrote to them, called 2. 5 hours after the card-dispersed a pile of money calls in 1 min. fee 52 Ventus, but nothing-no one raises. I went to the airport where I was told that for one letter recording is have to pay 50. 00 dollars! I was furious!It turns out that I already paid an employee for her service 15 dollars and now I got to pay 50. 00 for the fact that she can't write the last name correctly from her passport! Poor! Complete! Terrible airline.
