Terribly rude call operator!
Calling the single number on 03. 09. 2020, asking a simple question - what is the closest appointment with a particular medical specialist I get a nervous response from the female operator and that she did not have time to talk, but told about paid services and absolutely redundant information. I understand everything... There is no change in mood or a change of heart. But I will face such incompetent operator "work" once! Tell the customer "I can't hear you talking as if you muce in your mouth", "butter" and so on! This only gives the impression of the operator's very low communication culture and absolute non-compliance with the position held. Recommendation to avoid any reviews yet 1 to be announced and clarified the customer's needs 2. If eager izlamaties phone is silent a button, which is used to make at least hear your negativity and 3. Although a little love their work.
