The 24 hour med call goes unanswered.no one is helping me I’m worried about this coverage I had to take my son to the emergency room and needed to know if I had to let you know that we were going before we went.i hope this visit is covered. User’s recommendation: Stay away.
I have an eye Dr appt, I have never used this insurance for vision before. I’m expecting problems because it’s MagnaCare. Sure enough, I’m not in the system, after I present my card, they find me and tell me “You’re not covered.” Horrible User’s recommendation: Don’t. Just don’t.
