I logged in to Magix it said there was a new update. I installed said update. It them logged me out and now I can’t log in.
Someone made a purchase using my credit card I didnt make, I cant reach anyone for a response. Someone needs to contact me as soon as possible
The system wouldn’t take my cards, for payment. The promotion has ended, and if I want the newest version, i guess I’ll have to pay a different more expensive price, that’s if the system allows me to pay. Smh. Its been two weeks with no word from customer service. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy this product.
I downloaded magix a few days ago and was making some tunes before it crashed and it continues to do it when I try to load the program. Ive tried to contact your office on mutiple occasions where I am immideatly hung up on. I paid a lot of money to use this so Id very much...
