What HORRIBLE Customer Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Live Chat passed me off to a live tech who told me to connect my mj to my computer for better reception, then said someone will call to walk me through, but no one ever did!!! And the problem still isn’t resolved!DIn User’s recommendation: Go with a different service!
