Returned set of 2 tracks 3 weeks ago.Confirm#3046****

Returned 3 weeks ago unopened to the designated Return address listed on their website. Have not received any emails stating they received it and have not been reimbursed. Tried call Customer Service several times, on hold forever, Would like to be reimbursed immediately. I rate the refund policy with a big 0.

Defective cars

Definitely wont recommend any Magic Tracks! We ordered the remote control cars and they stop working after a few days. Very disappointing. User’s recommendation: Not a good purchase.
