My prepaid simcard expired reactivate

I would like to reactivate my expired M1 prepaid card, however i can not find any features in M1 website that allow me to do this. User’s recommendation: Make a feature on M1 website to reactivate customer’s expired M1 card.

HORRIBLE TREATMENT OF TRIAL STAFF
