Poor service, terrible customer treatment
I took the car to this facility, changed the oil and all filters. As a result - several parts were broken, broken and lost in the cover, nothing was screwed back to normal, some wires were simply velvety inside and thus left. The second problem was a problem with the lamp that did not have normal contact. I do not know for a while, but replaced the light bulb, which was perfectly normal, put a lot cheaper, the old one - a lot more expensive (as if the one does not work, although when I gave the car to them - running) reserved for yourself. I took the car back on Friday evening, on Monday, I said that the problem with the lamp was not solved, why did I change the lamp in general, if when I brought the car I explained that the lamp was burning normally but the computer occasionally throws an error that disconnects. The answer was great: "and what do I do now?". I was quite surprised to say that I was not already working in the service and I wanted the problem solved. To which I replied that the electricity was not on site, and that the fault is definitely a lamp that will cost 500 dollars. I encountered such an unpleasant attitude towards customers and fraud for the first time. I paid 230 dollars for all this (change of oil and all filters, change of pads)! I will never walk in this institution again, and I want to warn others, be careful! After this, the authorities will have to pay again for what they have broken!
