I have a very poor bit of internet coverage at my home address. When I called and filed a complaint, I did not receive an answer because I was not called as promised. When I went to the bee salon I was told when the complaint was being considered, but they see on my map when exactly the internet coverage at my address is right between very good and average good. I couldn't stand it and called again today, answered me briefly and clearly - no improvements are currently being made to the address you provided and no improvements are planned in the near future. I stay with the contract for another 1. 5 years and practically without internet at home... If you want to go to the bee as an operator, I warmly recommend to evaluate it very well.
