Trip Refusal
20.06. Customers travel from the veterinary clinic to homes with 3 small lap dogs. The taxi drove in, the driver was obviously unhappy already on arrival. Seeing the dogs, we were momentarily refused to carry them, even though we had a carrying bag that the dogs sat quietly during the trip. We are facing this situation for the first time, even though we use Bolt's services regularly. I would like to advise Bolt to introduce an option in the application to note that pets will be transported during the trip so that such situations do not occur in the future.
