DPD lost my suitcase

Dpd's service quality and service culture are under every criticism, they have lost 30kg I sent with all my belongings. It's been 2 months and I don't have a specific answer and my suitcase service is terrible, and their consultants give us useless answers by saying something but not saying anything. I don't recommend
