Reception and Receipt of Medicines
I would like to complain about the general situation regarding the reception and the procedure for receiving prescription medicines. I have been drinking medicine regularly for the last 5 years and every month I have to go to their terrible established family home in order to get a prescription in order to get medicine in a pharmacy. You could endure it, but the problem is that you have to see a doctor every time and therefore you have to call the reception where you often do not pick up the phone and cannot call, especially at the end of working hours, because doctors and therefore probably a receptionist like to go. from working half an hour earlier, it's 16:30 instead of 17:00. That in itself wouldn't be such a big deal if all patients were out of work. But a large part of the visitors work and this system is not suitable and friendly to those who work during normal working hours - from 9:00 to 17:00. Even doctors work in the polyclinic until 19:00, why not in this hospital as well? Once upon a time it was still possible to get a prescription for 2 months at a time, but now you only write for a month and it is very inconvenient if you have to go for a medicine every year for years when there is work at the same time. How much time have I learned from the nurse then if I don't get to see the doctor then I can call the office instead of the reception and the medicine will be prescribed without going to the doctor, but I also added that I can't do it all the time. In any case, this system needs to be changed. Because many patients drink medicine all their lives and there are also stable, normally functioning people who do not need to appear every month, but only need medicine. One could write a lot about one's own and others' negative and positive experiences due to gynecology in the last 10 years, but in general, if a person is constantly unable to cope with himself and his life, then it is possible to get help and feel and function better. But if you have a stable job and you are able to function fully in society and are happy, you can't get help here, most likely that being in a hospital will do more harm than good.
