Poor service
I ordered tires on the website jaunsriepas.org. As a place of delivery, it was possible to choose the FedEx terminal at 114 Daugavgrivas Street, which geographically suited me well. I assumed there was a parcel terminal or the like. However, there is 0 information about this terminal on the FedEx page and google, as well as in the environment - when driving along Daugavgrivas Street, there is no information about where the FedEx terminal is in the yard. The working hours are also not indicated on the website or in the terminal. When I told the employee about it, there was a "no service response" - "no one has had a problem with it yet". If the terminal is not a suitable place to receive goods humanely, then perhaps it should not be indicated as an option? By calling the customer service number three times and giving the order number (ce637536646ee), I could never say the status with confidence - whether it is in the tire terminal or not. Promised to call back in half an hour, never called. I would warmly recommend working for customer service - you are not already a monopolist who can afford to provide such low quality services.
