Poor service
I'm very upset about the situation. 18. 04. 19 there was an evacuation alarm where the premises had to be vacated. Of course, after this case, the child refused to go to have fun in this park. We wrote the papers to return the money, because we had not even managed to start the activities when the evacuation started! We are waiting for the money when the blank is returned but so far nothing has been received and all the time contacting the company tells me that the case will be considered soon and I will receive. Unfortunately, the child's birthday was damaged and the company has no plans to return the money!
