Original review updated by user Mar 29, 2021 Shipped me a defective unit on my initial order 2 years ago. I t took 2 months for them to get me a replacement unit. ( They wouldn’t replace the unit without extensive “troubleshooting”. I called them today ( 2 years later ) because the unit is freezing…

Spent money for junk

Cameras deteriorate over time when used outdoors, the new software update is slower and erratic. Will never recommend lorex to anyone. User’s recommendation: Dont buy.
