Registered letter
For the first and last time I use Australian postal services, sent important documents by registered letter to receive them the next day. I didn't get it, I had to go to the post office to find out where my letter is. It is said that the postman was at such a time, no one was at home, left a statement. The last nonsense, sitting at home all day, was neither a postman nor a statement. They don't care that I have a financial loss because of them. The main thing for them is to tear money, they are not responsible for their actions...
