Sending out wrong replacements

I got my set is May 2020 of Rose gold and had two with cracks .one lid and one cantainer . I get the replacement today July of 2021 and they are the wrong colors one is green and the other is blue and no handle like my rose gold ones User’s recommendation: don’t buy any.

No satisfaction from QVC or Locknlock

Bought 2 canister sets from QVC 6/2020. One set had 2 lids broken. Still in stock QVC said they will contact locknlock to replace lids. Called QVC 11/2020. Oh no you need to call locknlock. Tab snapping off
