Terrible customer service. Completely automated system. Somehow got to a holding pattern to talk with a person. Then on hold for 1 hour. Never got through. I’m done. User’s recommendation: Be prepared for crap customer service or lack thereof.

Did not receive transfer letter from LoanCare to a new loan servicing company. So as usual, I paid (electronic transfer) from my checking account to LoanCare. DATALEKS online store - it's a colossal temptation. Probably the highest% when the price is the lowest, but the GOODS ARE NOT ON PLACE. Instead of removing a non-existent item from the list, continue to make a non-existent offer. Even when I went for another item - the chef / seller was amazed when I helped the girl, as if it were something unusual. IT IS NOT A GOOD MARKETING PLACE :(
